2- Squats [warm-up bodyweight]
6- Squats [pyramid up] Failure
6-Horizontal Leg Press [Failure]
5-Single Leg [side leg press] Failure
5- Leg Extensions [failure]
5-Leg Curls (Hamstrings) Failure
5- Single Leg Curls [Failure]
5- Stiff Leg Deadlifts [Failure]
End With Glute work
