LEG ROUTINE
(My warm ups include Hip Abductor and Adductor Machine work before training routine begins. You don’t have to do it but I love doing it.)
Leg extension- 4 sets of 10-15 reps
Front Squat or Hack Squat Machine- 4 sets of 6-10 reps; then do 1 set of 15 reps
Leg press ( feet close)- 4 sets of 10-15 reps
Goblet Squat- 4 sets of 10-15 reps; then do a set of 15-20 reps
Romanian Deads- 3 sets of 8-12 reps; then 1 set of 15 reps
Seated Hamstring curl- 4 sets of 10-15 reps
Lying Hamstring Curl- 4 sets of 10-15 reps
Standing calve raises- 4 sets of 10-15 reps; then 1 set of 20 reps
Seated Calve Raise- 4 sets of 10-15 reps; then 1 set of 20 reps
