This is my full shoulder workout from the gym.
Shoulder Workout
Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4 sets of 6-10 reps
Bent Over Dumbbell Shoulder Rows 4 sets of 8 reps
Dumbbell Gorilla Raises 4 sets of 8 reps
Dumbbell Lat Raises 4 sets or 8 reps
Shoulder Military Press 4 sets of 8 reps
Rear Deltoid Machine 4 sets of 10 reps
I only do this shoulder workout once per week.
