Bent Over Row- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Underhanded Bent Over Row- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Hammer Strength Row (high grip)- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Hammer Strength Row (inside grip)- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Lat Pulldown (turn sideways)- 3 sets of 10 reps (each arm)
Close Grip Pulldown- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
One Arm Cable Row- 3 sets of 10 reps (each arm)
Straight Arm Pulldown- 4 sets of 12 reps
Hyperextensions- 3 sets of 12-15 reps
