*warmup up with 5-6 sets of bodyweight pullups (changed hand position on each set)
Bent Over Row (on smith machine)- 6 sets total 8-12 reps each set (3 sets overhanded; 3 sets underhanded)
Bent Over Hammer Strength Row- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
T-Bar Row (close grip)- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Seated One-Arm Cable Row- 4 sets of 10 reps (each arm)
Reverse Grip Pulldown- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Wide Grip Pulldown- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Close Grip Pulldown- 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Finished Off with 4 sets of the 10,10,10 ”Burn-out” (watch the video to see how it’s done)
