Hey everyone here with @Phamflexx at his gym Elev8 Performance in Huntington Beach. We destroyed chest. I topped out at 405lbs on flat bench and Pham hit 335 lbs. I don’t normally hit flat bench press or go this heavy, but it been a couple years.
