WORKOUT ROUTINE:
Hip Abductor SS Hip Adduction 5×30
Leg Press 4×20 (5 half way up, 5 half way down, 5 full, 5 resistance)
RDL on smith machine 4×12-15
Platz Squats 4×15-20 SS Hack Squats with the barbell 4×10-12
Lunges 3×10 (5 reps on each leg then alternate)
Lying hammie curl 2×10,10,burn out
