The workout is comprised of 16 mini workouts every half an hour for 8 hours straight! Workout number one is 4 sets of squats for 10 reps & 4 sets of leg extensions for 10 reps. Workout number two is 4 sets of hamstring curls for 10 reps & 4 sets of calf extensions for 10 reps.
