So here’s Phase 1 of the shoulder protocol (there are four phases).

The shoulder is this hyper mobile, savagely strong, wickedly awesome UNSTABLE as heck joint.

It’s that last part that causes all of the problems.

This ball and socket joint is subject to these incredible forces and we ask massive amounts of effort from it….and eventually, it gives us the finger.

Unless…

You hammer the shoulder with movement and drills that actually make it virtually indestructible.

Because when you lose the full use of something you see how much different your life is.

It’s rough.

So for everyone that’s asked about shoulder problems in the last 6 months, or who I’ve directed to my 4 Phase shoulder protocol…here’s how it begins.

Because I know what it’s like to have a demolished shoulder, or to live with pain, and I love you guys way too much to allow that to happen to you if I have any say about it.

Do Phase 1 until it feels ‘easy’ and then, move on to Phase 2 (and repeat etc).
